David from thenextlevelguitar.com does an excellent job reviewing the Epiphone Les Paul Standard. David also goes over some of the differences between the Epiphone and the Gibson Les Paul. I have been looking for a Les Paul type guitar for myself and on David’s advice I will get the Epiphone. I agree that for the money it’s a great sounding guitar. The only thing I may do is put a set of EMG pickups in it. Rock on friends and keep the rock n roll solo going.
